Summary: Room fine Breakfast 2/5 or 3/5 Staff sweet but if help needed - We waited 45 minutes to get back to air conditioning in our room. Very late cleaning – around 4–5 PM every day. Always when we returned from our day. You can also only get a key card for your own room. Which was a schedule for us.

Summary: Could be a beautiful hotel, however not at the moment. Building work ongoing and starts early, adjacent to where breakfast is currently set up. Very loud machinery in use whilst breakfast is in service. ( I think the development is part of hotel so they could delay heavy machinery until after service) Beach area needs a bit of a tidy up. Small area of private beech.

Summary: Very calm and isolated resort. I loved the trees around it. Kind staff. Breakfast is not wow but ok. For the prices is a fair deal, do not expect 5 star quality rooms

Summary: Great location and 15 years ago. It's obvious the resort was the top place to stay on the whole island. Now, it needs a major rejuvenation to update plumbing, the room decor and the reception areas. Staff were generally good, but it took a long time to change our room into something resembling a three star resort. We

Summary: The location was great. The restaurant was being rebuilt and the temporary one leaked with all the rain but hopefully this will be remedied when the new one is finished. The hotel rooms need a bit of refurbishment and little touches, like only one bedside lamp for a twin room let this only be 4 stars for review. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Summary: Large resort with private beach access, two pools, and a gym. Insects/bugs in the room, bitten in bed during night. Gym only open 8 am - 5 pm, why not at least match pool access 7 am - 7 pm? Breakfast buffe many options but guest was grabbing foods with the bear hands - unsanitary!

Summary: The room layout is beautiful but the pluming was an issue with no hot water for couple days plus the swimming pool drained itself and water left less than haft of the pool. It took couple days for the technician to fix the problem. We upgraded to the oceanfront room and paid for a lot higher cost but it was not worth it.
